hm balanguera is an amazin place to stay! super clean and comfy, with friendly staff that help with anything. the rooftop terrace is fantastic for chillin out after a day of exploring. loved that there's no single-use plastic, and the breakfast had everything to start the day right. good vibes all around!

during my recent stay in palma de mallorca, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its cozy ambiance and beautifully decorated rooms. the pool area offered a lovely view of the city, making it a great spot to relax. the breakfast had freshly baked pastries and quality coffee, setting a positive tone for the day.

The air conditioning in my room was lackluster, leaving things a bit hot and uncomfortable at times during the summer. the breakfast selection was disappointing, both in variety and quality. for example, the orange juice tasted overly artificial. I encountered some inconveniences like a window in my first room that didn't close properly, providing unsatisfying views of the side road. There was also a noted lack of undertone noise insulation, which made it difficult to sleep soundly due to external disturbances. The size of the rooftop pool felt limited for the number of guests, making it less inviting than it could be.

The best part was the stylish decor with unique artwork and cozy vibes. The rooftop pool was refreshing, but it could get a bit crowded. 🌊

The lack of dining options nearby also posed a challenge for evening meals. the charming atmosphere and comfortable rooms won me over, despite the few inconveniences.

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick stop

Charming room, delightful shower, with beautiful decor and a lovely big shower that provided a refreshing experience after exploring the area. The hotel offers convenient luggage storage and has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool for relaxation.
